daddy :)

I realize that I have failed to blog in a long time. Please forgive me. I also realize that my last post was on Mother's day and it was dedicated to my dear, sweet mother, so naturally this post will be about my father, even though Father's day was a few days ago. He will still love it.

So my dad is like the greatest. I'm almost 99.9% certain that my dad has never yelled at me, and I'm talking serious yelling. I love this about my dad, mostly because I do not like people being mad or yelling at me.
My dad really watches out for me, he's always reminding me of things I need to be doing, which I admit is annoying sometimes, but I know it's all out of love. Also my dad is a huge help when it comes to buying a new car :) He's really on top of things and has my safety and best interest in mind.
Another thing I love about my dad is that he travels. I don't really like when he's gone all the time, but I do love the frequent flier miles and hotel points that come with it. Because of my dad, I have learned so much about the world. Being able to travel the world and see so many different things has really shaped me to be the person that I am today.
My dad also supports me in whatever decision I make, even if he wouldn't have done the same thing as me, in the end he realizes that I am my own person and I need to learn and do things for myself. Which I'm pondering the idea of teaching English in some foreign country, I haven't really told my parents about this notion, but I'm sure he will fully support me, I mean come on this is for the greater good here!

In short, I LOVE MY DAD!!!

Mommy

Today is yet another mother's day, and I just want to say how much I love, love, love my mom. She does so much for me and my family, more than she will ever know.
She's always there when I need someone to talk to, and she always amazes me with her words of wisdom. She knows me better than I even know myself. She cries with me when I'm sad, she laughs with me when I'm rolling on the ground with laughter. She is the best role model, and I hope that one day I can be just like her. She has put up with so much from me and my lovely sisters, even when we aren't behaving so nicely. I miss her so much when I am away at school, but she sends me little packages just to let me know she's thinking of me and loves me too. Simply put, I LOVE MY MOMMY!

(This is the most recent picture I have with my mom and most of my family in it..)

People Watching

Dear people eating lunch at The Crossroads,

Stop chewing with your mouth open! I mean really, I can count 7 people right now just by scanning the room. Do you really think I want to see what you're eating for lunch? HECK NO!
Also, girl sitting at the table next to me, please, please, please stop chewing so loud! Is this really necessary? I don't think it is.

With Kindest Regards,
Morgan

Well, If the Shoe Fits

I like shoes. Today I bought Steve Madden. I was going to walk away from them, but then it was my mom, again, who convinced me it was a good purchase. Hey I saved $96 and got a free purse, so I can't really complain.
The total number of shoes I now own is--53, I don't even wear over half of them anymore! This is kind of outrageous! I'm going to go through them right now and get rid of some.
Shoes just make me happy :)

Read All About It

I actually have something that I consider to be somewhat exciting to tell ya'll about :)

I am working two jobs now, both jobs are on opposite ends of the work spectrum, but really all I'm concerned about it making money for my last few semesters at school. YIKES! So here are my two job descriptions:
1. Menchie's Frozen Yogurt-- What's Your Mix? This job involves a lot of being on your feet, cleaning, cutting fruit, refilling the machines, and smiling. I do like smiling, but man my face hurts after working a shift at Menchie's. It is a more fun job and the people I work with are hilarious and we joke around a lot. Plus we get to sample as many yogurt flavors as we want and take home a huge cup of frozen yogurt and endless toppings (that's my favorite part!)
2. Coles Barton LLP- This would be a law office. There are two women at the office who have the coolest southern accents, and I'm hoping some of that will rub off on me, but that's not very likely. Sometimes I'm crazy busy running errands, typing, filing, sending important letters to judges, and driving to the courthouse to hand deliver important documents. I'm kind of a big deal guys, totally kidding! Other days it's a little slower and then I get to relax a little and do things like update my blog and play on freerice.com, oh and talk to Zach Cooper on gtalk :) I almost forgot to mention that I get to wear cute "work" clothes, so I feel all sorts of professional.

So between my jobs, I work 6 days of the week. My only day off is Sunday, which is slowly becoming my favorite day of the week!

1,000 Pieces

My current project I am working on when I am not at work, sleeping or reading is a 1,000 piece puzzle. You don't have to tell me because I am already well aware that I have zero social life, and you know what I am totally fine with it. For now that is...

I wanted to write this fabulous post about what I have been up to since my last post, and well I couldn't think of anything! Nothing.
